Child policy: - Children under 5 years are not allowed to participate in this activity. - Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Each paying adult may only accompany one child. Good to know: - For safety reasons, all participants aged 16 years and above must be capable of swimming 25 metres unassisted. This requirement ensures a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. If a participant books but is observed by the guides to be unable to swim, they will be escorted back to shore for safety, and no refund will be provided. - All participants aged 16 years and above must have swimming ability despite being provided with a PFD. It is preferred that children have swimming ability and/or are confident within a marine environment. The tour is in the open ocean, so you must be confident in the open water. - The experience includes approximately 1.5 hours of paddling. A moderate level of fitness is required. - Guests with back, neck, shoulder, hip, or heart conditions, as well as those who are pregnant or who have any injuries or medical conditions that may pose a health risk, participate at their own risk.
